Matt Bolshaw
Starting my career in 1990, at the very dawn of 'New Media', I am certainly considered a granddad in this industry. I have held various positions, both agency and media owner side, (most recently Brand Director of FHM.com, prior to founding Ultimate Asset). As well as running the business, my focus is on senior search and selection, and working with our overseas clients.

James Lyon
Having thoroughly enjoyed a successful career building and managing online sales teams in the UK and Australia I’d always had aspirations to run my own company – but missed the boat with ‘ad network’ sector by several years! A highly targeted digital recruitment agency seemed the next obvious choice. Spending my days with a bunch of talented ‘friends’, working with the best clients in the industry and setting our own agenda, life doesn’t get much better!

Tom Horne
With a background at both Dennis and Emap (joining their music team, then their digital team) I soon realised digital is where my passion lies and never looked back. I worked with Emap's digital team selling across music and lifestyle brands before joining up with Matt & James at Ultimate Asset. My focus is on digital agencies, media owners and music.

Tom Horsfield
I started my digital media sales career at Emap Advertising before moving into a more senior sales role at MTV International. In both positions I loved working on leading youth brands and selling creative digital solutions. An urge to travel then took me to Australia where I worked again in digital sales for Emap Advertising in Sydney, before returning home and joining my old friends and colleagues at Ultimate Asset.

James Mead
Fresh from my degree, I worked for a music magazine in Australia; I then ran a promotions team at an indie record label in London. I spent the next 3 years at Viacom Brand Solutions, developing media solutions across TV and online. Having developed a thorough understanding of how the industry works and what clients really want, the idea of recruitment sounded like the next positive step forward for me!

Peter Giblin
I am an individual of the digital age. I have been enthralled by technology since I could first push an A button.

After studying at the UK's top international secondary school I completed a bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing in London. Throughout my final year I worked in the sales and account management team at Webfusion (formerly Pipex). Starting in lead generation, I ended my time at the company as a key corporate account manager and project director of their online gaming arm.

At UA, my specialism is creative advertising and the gaming industry.
