​A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDERS

We launched Ultimate Asset in 2005 seeing a gap in the market for a recruitment agency that purely focused on the digital sector, and we’ve remained true to that value proposition ever since.

At UA we’re not obsessed with having huge teams; diluting our knowledge, compromising quality and getting transactional in sectors we don’t fully understand. Instead, we have rolled out globally setting up boutique offices in major digital hubs – London, Singapore, Sydney and New York.

We take pride having an amazing group of diverse consultants, some (like ourselves) come from industry and others are best of class specialist head-hunters, which fosters a humble approach in terms of constantly learning from each other and this has served us very well.

Our retention globally is something of which we’re particularly proud.

This has helped us create an exceptionally strong culture and a collaborative approach which internally has enabled us to translate the same friendly and professional service to clients. We are confident that our clients view us as trusted partners, adding value to their business with talent consultancy as opposed to just sticking bums on seats.

The blueprint for each office is consistent with dedicated practices covering Digital Sales, Media Agencies, Marketing, AdTech and Data & Analytics, across three tried and tested products, dependent on staffing needs; Contingent, Onsite and Executive Search.

We have ambitions to further scale but our commitment internally and to our clients will always remain the same, to ensure we continue to love what we do and add value to our candidate and clients every day.
