Maria Cadbury joins Global Digital Recruitment specialists Ultimate Asset, in an advisory capacity.
Cadbury a leading senior figure in the Influencer Marketing and Technology space, will work closely with the Ultimate Asset board on key strategic recruitment initiatives, as well as consulting on UA’s sister business honchō, in the executive leadership space.
James Lyon and Matt Bolshaw, founders of Ultimate Asset referenced the importance of integrating a hugely credible industry professional to help steer crucial projects around diverse hiring, and their forthcoming program of women in digital & tech events.

Ultimate Asset, who have additional offices in New York, Singapore and Sydney, said that they would be adding C-level advisors in all markets, having previously seen the high impact of hiring Lee Smith in Singapore, Smith was the former APAC CEO of Platform at Omnicom Media Group, and now oversees executive search (honchō) across APAC and mainland China for the group.
