Senior Consultant

Team: Digital Sales & AdTech

Working Hours: Flexible Working

The Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to sit on our Digital Sales team, which is currently operating at nearly 200% above target to date for 2021.

Why is this?A natural balance and blend of working from home and effective face time together in the office, combined with exclusive agreements with some of the hottest media owners, publishers, social platforms & technology vendors the industry has to offer.

Talent is in high demand and whilst advertisers continue to spend, all of the above are hot on hiring and bringing in experienced level talent, meaning well paid jobs and large fees for our consultants on this desk!

What’s in the role?

Three hundred and sixty degrees of your finest recruitment. We wear multiple hats and would not have it any other way. The satisfaction of bringing on your own piece of business, or growing an account YoY is immense, tie that in with thejust closed a dealfeeling and you’ve got a pretty good opportunity.

That said, we set you up for success. You won’t be going this alone, there are two other members of the team (who are currently turning business away) to support you, as well as the team Director, who you will report directly into.

From owning your own accounts to doing splits (we are one of very few agencies who encourage splits and collaboration across the team) there is an opportunity to double your salary in 12 months (easily!). All we need from you is the willingness to work at your best and apply those skills.

We encourage you to own the whole process, from candidate management, client management and post placement care. It’s the best way to learn and build your industry profile!

What kind of clients does our “Digital Sales” team recruit for?

We recruit for a variety of business, but it’s either well established brands or those that are scaling quickly, for example we recruit into the following spaces:
