As spending shifts within the advertising & marketing space, more and more brands are looking to go down a purely performance-based route as opposed to just branded activities. Companies need results, which performance marketing can actually achieve. This business is a small but established performance marketing agency that allows its clients (Uber, Sony, VW...) to target both mobile & desktop users, offering more consistency and reach across all major verticals, which results in an increase in leads/customers. As this business has seen a rapid increase in spending over the past few weeks, they are continuing their hiring that was initially put on hold pre-COVID.
