This person will also have a really good knowledge of social commerce techniques on IG, FB, TikTok and Pinterest. Working with some of the world’s biggest entertainment brands, this award-winning independent agency are the experts in bringing together creative, strategy and media!They are looking to add a Finance Assistant to the team to be the go-to person for producing accurate financial reports.Responsibilities;Credit control – raising/submitting invoices to clients with the correct PO numbers on Xero, chasing overdue payments, keeping invoice status sheets updated and assisting client teams with billing queries.Producing and presenting financial reports including monthly management accounts, divisional P&Ls and monthly media spend reconciliations.Managing inbound invoices.Managing the company credit card system, ensuring receipt records are kept up to date.Financial admin – intercompany billing, payroll, media spend tracker, employee expenses, supplier information and assisting with VAT returns.
