They are a data & analytics business in the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem.They're partnered with Retailers & FMCG brands and collect retail audience insights & analytics data which they can plug into DSPs, DMP's to help prove their ROI or can be used to help agencies or brands better understand retailer mindsets, which helps them with their advertising objectives and to better understand the ROI on targeting certain audiences.The growth in the Retail Media sector which is predicted to skyrocket in the next few years means this is a great opportunity to help businesses navigate their future growth with predictive analytics and data insights directly tied into this sector.The Role:They're launching their media arm of the business (which is successful in the UK) in the Italian Market, this role involves the following responsibilities:Collaborating with VP of Global Media, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of your market's Media business from financial performance to flawless execution including:Being responsible for commercial targets and the strategy to deliver on themReporting of key financial performance to the Global businessEnsuring flawless execution is maintained and managed with available resourcesDirectly drive adoption of their Media solutions by leveraging yours and their existing relationships across Advertisers, Agencies, Social Platforms, DSP, DMP and on-boarders whilst developing new strategic relationships for sustainable long term growth.Translation and adoption of the wider Global Media and product strategy into your market by driving cross-functional collaboration working closely with their global commercial, product, and delivery teamsExpand the product's credibility & presence within the Media supply chain through attending, presenting and sponsoring industry events, proactive engagements with key industry figures and groups as well as thought leadership.Leading and contributing to responses to RFI’s and RFP’s from clients and partnersEducate their Advertiser and Retailer commercial teams to up-skill and identify opportunities to support Media business growth in your marketBuild and maintain strong working knowledge of current technology trends media and marketingProactively identify ways to unlock growth through operational efficiency for sales organization, identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistenciesInterested? The ideal candidate will possess a senior agency black book of key trading and planning leaders. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, creative, and a well-connected Directors of Sales who is a are lateral thinker, great at influencing clients and agencies, engineering new business opportunities and driving new revenue to help drive our client’s business.
