Head of Partnerships & Content - Leading Independent Agency:Salary - circa £80-100KThe Opportunity:A superb opportunity is available for a Head of Partnerships & Content for the award winning creative, content and partnerships arm of a leading digital agency.They've been in The Sunday times top 100 companies to work for, for close to 10 years running now, have a great rep with clients and offer amazing flexibility and perks to their employees!The role:You'll oversee / lead a large team reporting directly into you, with a focus on building out and growing the team further around their ever-evolving client and agency needs.As Head of Content & Partnerships, you'll be responsible for guiding & developing those around you, motivating the whole team and ensuring the collective output is consistently of the highest standard.You'll be a champion all forms of media content & partnerships in the agencyYou'll share thought leadership, best-in-class work and will scope out emerging trends / opportunities.The Content & Partnerships team covers a wide range of specialisms across Sports, Gaming,Entertainment, AFP, Talent, Influencers and Branded Content. All of which you will be responsible for. As well as growth areas in Digital & Tech.You will be ultimately responsible for creating an annual Content & Partnerships business plan (a key part of agency's overall plan), setting out a vision and objectives forthe year ahead, working closely with the whole team to take actionable steps to achieve the goals set.You will work closely with the Creative and Production leads across the wider creative/production team; working together to deliver against their unified/joint proposition and identifying opportunities for commercial and creative collaboration.You will have strong client servicing skills. Capable of confidently and quickly building relationships with new and existing clients across a broad portfolio of brands and range of sectors.You will have the freedom to develop strong strategic partnerships with an array of media andcontent partners, producers and creators. You will have an eye for identifying new trends andopportunities for the team and our clients.You'll collaborate with teams across the agency to help define and articulate the strategic role of Branded Content & Partnerships in a clients’ comms plan and how it fits within the the agency's overall Planning framework.You will raise the profile of the team and the agency by actively taking part in industry events -speaking on panels, awards judging, contributing to industry press and participating in content showcases.You will take an active role in new business development. Working with teams across the agency to develop interesting partnerships solutions that are strategically sound and demonstrate creative excellence.You will be commercially astute, taking ownership of commercial forecasting, identifying resourcing requirements and new revenue streams.Background experience & skills required:Experience ideally gained in media, content and/or creative solutions environmentsStrong team management skills with proven experience in people development. You can demonstrate your ability to unite and motivate a team around shared goals and objectivesExperience running a large team of various levelsExperience representing your team and agency at conferences, panels and in PRStrong client-facing skills and a positive track record of maintaining & growing client relationships.Ability to engage and influence at a senior level.Strategic & creative thinker balanced with an eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to project deliveryCreatively curious and instinct to challenge the status quosCreative eye, commercial acumen, agile multi-taskerDeep understanding of content & partnership strategy – ideally ranging from Sports to AFP – and experience in developing and delivering partnership solutions across all media channelsExperience in creative development and content production processesExperience across a wide range of clients and sectors – as well as an understanding of new/growth areasAble to produce client proposals & presentations with accuracy and insight. Head of Production – eSports and Gaming Production / Streaming Business£80 - £85K + bonusWe are looking for an accomplished, organised, detail-orientated Head of Production and post sales operations for a cutting-edge eSports and Gaming business who have their own proprietary tech and create immersive streaming and broadcast experiences for household brands such as Red Bull Racing, EA Games, PlayStation, Unilever, Activision, Coca Cola and many more.Due to the increasing sophistication in work and volume of deals, my client is seeking a Head of Production. The duties of this person will include:Taking charge of the whole post sale / delivery experience for clients and media agencies in terms of processes, procedure, documentation, and implementation to create a world-class PM / Production / Post Sale delivery experience for clientsTaking leadership of the personnel in the Project Management / Client Services Team being responsible for their development, welfare and outputDrive efficiencies around production and budgeting to ensure work is delivered in a profitable manner and on-timeA deep level of organisation and world-class attention-to-detailInternal and external stakeholder managementDriving, implementing world class thinking and optimising processes around project management, campaign delivery, campaign creation and production and setting campaigns liveDriving processes around weekly reporting, campaign stats and PCA creation and delivery for clients and agenciesLiaising with and working in partnership with the sales and commercial teamsFostering a high-performance culture in the delivery part of the business to foster an excellent client experience that drives retention and repeat businessMinimum 6 – 8 years’ experience and demonstrable proof of project management and production delivery leadership, leading teamA digital native who fully understands the ecosystem being social / video / digital content and gamingDelivering campaigns with a livestreaming experience is a must
