THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Account Director who possesses a genuine passion for data driven marketing. The position is responsible for driving revenue by using our client’s suite of ad management tools.

The role will work with advertisers, agencies and ad tech partners to bring economic value to clients through increased sales and more effective operational efficiency.

THE ROLE

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with existing clients, consistent with company strategy and priorities;

  • Grow revenue according to existing clients account plans;

  • Be a respected and trusted advisor to the clients and agencies in market;

  • Develop an understanding of the range of our client's products and services and use these to tailor solutions to customers’ challenges;

  • Display a thorough understanding of clients’ business strategy and competitive challenges;

  • Identify and understand customers’ need and position our client's solutions to meet expectations;

  • Managing on-boarding of new clients with support of APAC team, producing custom on-boarding documentation;

  • Hosting and guiding creative messaging strategy sessions with advertisers, media agencies, and creative agencies developing bespoke digital marketing strategies utilising our client’s technology;

  • Get hands on with the tools.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 4+ years of digital advertising experience required; 

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience

  • Strong understanding of programmatic, attribution, and the overall digital advertising landscape.

  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies

  • Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
