Manage and grow a patch of agency accounts
Partner closely with the Trading team to ensure that the onboarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure agreed upon deal is successful by consulting with clients on their business objectives and providing product solutions to meet goals
Work closely with sales to identify ways to grow current accounts
Become an expert on the use and best practices of the platform, and offer insights to clients on how to improve campaigns
Serve as a liaison to clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities
Help built the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
2 - 4 years of digital advertising experience required
2+ years of client-facing experience
Strong understanding of programmatic, attribution, and the overall digital advertising landscape
Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
Effective time management skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
