The Role

We are looking to hire an Account Manager to join its award-winning trading team. The successful candidate will need to be fluent in Business Mandarin, as you will be required to liaise with clients & colleagues in China. You must have outstanding communication skills, a natural flair, and the motivation to manage and expand existing accounts. The candidate will be empowered to protect and grow client relationships across a portfolio of advertisers. While the role is unique and focused on China Outbound business, the individual will directly report to the Head of Client Development in Singapore, benefitting from being part of an experienced and well-established Account Management team located in Singapore. 

The Candidate

He/she must have minimum 2-years account management experience in digital media, preferably with agency experience under their belt (or similar). He/she must also have a start-up mind-set, possess a can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm. If you have a dream to accelerate your career with a fast growing company, submit your application now!

Responsibilities

  • Pre-campaign qualification, creative checks and management

  • Generate reports for both internal purposes and clients (Post Campaign)

  • Be the main point of contact for clients (attending to requests, troubleshooting campaigns, overlooking any technical issues) across CN-led platforms such as WeChat, Tencent QQ & Duoshan

  • Post campaign reporting, with the ability to understand and analyze digital data, review reports and set benchmarks

  • Go through the entire campaign lifecycle with clients

  • Support Sales & Trading teams in cross-sell & upsell

  • Produce and maintain Account Plans designed to monitor account growth and identify & plan for growth opportunities within key CN accounts

Requirements

  • Proficient in spoken & written Chinese

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an Client Servicing / Sales Support / AdOps role

  • Client facing experience in Digital Media

  • Experience working with media agencies and brands.

  • Sound knowledge of programmatic trading concepts and technology

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts.

  • Stakeholder management.

  • Stellar track record in online campaign management
