A European based FinTech start-up backed with sophisticated technology that taps into FX liquidity are looking to expand their team. Their solution software offerings span across mobile and desktop to allow their clients to make efficient trades and the ability to take decisions quickly.
As the Account Manager for the North Asia market, you will be the key point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients in the region. Being in a client-facing role, you will have strong emphasis on delivering exception client service on a day-to-day basis, cross-selling opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure onboarding and integration of new clients whilst developing existing client relationships.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management role in eFX
Solid understanding of the
Prior experience cross-selling or upselling to executives and C-level
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Natural relationship builder
