My client is a leading global provider for marketing and advertising services and technology. Working among the renowned agencies and brands, bringing unique media inventory, global affiliate network, advanced machine learning, and consumer insights to deliver experiences that will increase brand awareness and marketing performance.
Expanding their Account Management team in Singapore, they are searching for an Account Manager – Korean speaker, who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Global retailers. This opportunity will allow you to grow within the affiliate channel while delivering value to your clients.
You will be responsible to plan, deliver, and report on affiliate marketing campaigns while building strong relationships with and between both clients and publishers across the APAC region.
Provide end-to-end client servicing, includes supporting tactical requests, strategic advice to increase clients’ ROI.
Execute day-to-day affiliate account management tasks across all clients.
Deliver exceeding revenue goals by identifying and initiating upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Present data and performance, while identifying trends, insights, competition landscapes, and provide forward-thinking business recommendations.
Manage launches, ensuring marketing and technical requirements are communicated.
Deliver quarterly business reviews.
A minimum of 2 years of performance marketing experience with a focus on client service, ideally in affiliate marketing.
Bilingual in both English and Korean is a must!
Proven track record in exceeding revenues.
Strong understanding in digital marketing concepts and technology.
People person with strong business communication.
The ability to priortise and strategise based on corporate goals.
Work well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Creative thinker in solving problems.
Strong desire in continuous learning to grow and improve within the role.
