A brand-new exciting role for a global ad tech platform business has recently surfaced. This business provides top-notch technology within the programmatic space to brands around the world.
As the Account Manager for the Vietnam market, you will service and handle some of the largest brands within the e-commerce market.
Regular face-to-face meetings will be held to strength client relationships, part of your responsibility involves analysing data and developing new strategies for clients within the fashion, online marketplace, retail and classifieds sectors.
Being part of an established team here in Singapore, the Account Manager will be responsible for all customers’ requests and inquiries, to report campaign status and ensure customer success and long-term relationships with all key accounts in Vietnam.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of in an account management or customer success role within digital advertising/digital marketing/Real-Time Bidding
Prior experience managing online advertising campaigns
Knowledge of customer support tools and processes
Experience with Vietnam market
Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (as you will be working with clients in Vietnam)
