Ad Operations Director – Media Agency
Salary - £55,000
Our client is a global media agency who pride themselves on working with innovative and forward thinking global brands.
In London, they have around 60 staff and work with clients from social media, gaming, financial services, entertainment and film just to name a few.
They’re hiring for an Ad Operations Director to do the management and training of the ad ops team.
· Managing of day to day ad operations including the implementation of campaigns & team management
· Managing integrations from web analytics to tech integrations across DSPs, Ad Servers and MMPs
· Troubleshooting technical issues internally and with external clients
· Ensuring best data practises for the ad operations team
· Run campaign tracking across all partners such as ad-servers, social platforms, MMPs and viewability partners
· Management & training of an ad operations team
· Experience with Google Ad Manager (DCM)
· Strong project management & organisation skills
· In depth knowledge of AdTech platforms
· Familiar with debugging and programmatic languages
· Knowledge of RTB and programmatic
· Understanding of data and up to date with industry challenges including GDPR, Ad Fraud and viewability
