The Role

We are looking to hire AdOps Manager to be part of a growing, close-knit team based in Singapore, working alongside incredibly fun, collaborative and driven colleagues, and helping the business reach revenue targets. The role consists of managing mobile campaigns and detecting any issues as soon as possible to optimize communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The Candidate

He/she must have at least 2 years experience of programming, monitoring and optimizing campaigns (ad operations, trafficking or campaigns management) in digital media, working on client side, agency side or at other AdTech firms.


  • Programming, monitoring and optimising campaigns in order to reach maximal performance, margin and delivery according to client requests;

  • Ensure accurate tracking by comparing internal and client reports, ensuring third-party is measured;

  • Using 3rd party tracking to optimise performance such as Moat, IAS, DV, DAR. Provide extensive feedback and reports on campaign performance and delivery;

  • Deeply analyse data in order to be proactive in your campaign optimisations, and to give more insights to the sales team;

  • Working with sales and account managers to maximise upweight and rebooking as well as, supporting the sales and the client about our technology and the technical feasibility.


  • Great analytical skills, you master Excel

  • Ideally, you already worked with a SSP or a DSP tool

  • Experience with DCM, VAST/VPAID tags, Jira or other ticketing system, SQL (Tableau, Metabase), would be a plus

  • Google Ad Manager (GAM), as well as 3rd party ad servers (DV360, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Celtra) would be a plus

  • A team player that can collaborate effectively with internal teams of different cultures in various time zones

  • Fluency in English. Fluency in a second Southeast Asian language would be an advantage.
