An innovative AdTech business are looking for an AdOps specialist with 2-4 years+ experience to work for a truly innovative and boundary pushing business and scale up in the AdTech Audio world. They deliver a creative & personal experience for consumers with highly targeted audio advertising solutions.

They’re now looking for an Ad Operations Specialist with 3-4 years experience, who's smart, passionate & experienced as well as organised and operationally-minded. This role will be working across global advertising campaigns in the Audio / Video space. Key responsibilities and skills:
Day-to-day management, optimisation, reporting and quality assurance of all active campaigns, to ensure delivery
Pro-active responsibility for all new and existing campaigns for correct configuration, operation, suggesting improvements and sharing best practice
Work with our partners’ ad operations teams
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
Work closely with the in-house Creative team to test campaigns and ensure they’re functioning as expected
Write and improve best practices documentation when necessary
Work with the wider sales team in a support role to ensure campaign success
Keep up to date with industry and technical developments in the Digital Advertising world
Manage support process for customers
Work to understand the data they gather and how it can be aggregated and shared through analytics and dashboards to increase overall understanding of our product Knowledge, experience and competencies
Previous experience in an Ad Operations role, either at a Publisher, Agency or an Ad Tech company
Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising (e.g. DSPs, DMPs etc) and how all the pieces fit together
Be an inquisitive person, yearning to understand how everything works and how you can make it better
Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the industry, competitor products, third-party technology, data vendors and market trends
Confident in your knowledge understanding of ad serving technologies (e.g. VAST) and the ad-tech ecosystem in general
Ability to communicate technical information to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Programming experience in any language a plus
