My client is a leading mobile entertainment platform for short-form video with offices in major cities all around the Globe. This is an awesome opportunity to work in a fast-paced growing organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up and standardize quality management mechanism and process for global ads review team;

  • Conduct coaching and calibration sessions to ensure that operational policies and processes are being applied consistently;

  • Closely collaborate with policy team, executive team & vendor site QA to deliver solid quality improvement result;

  • Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements, and ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the operation;

  • Responsible for optimizing working processes, solving policy understanding knowledge gaps and content concerns for site vendor team with cross-functional teams globally;

  • Provide business insight and comments for key stakeholder's focuses & actions such as policy team, product & system BP, sales team, sales management team and etc.

Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;

  • 5+ years' working experience on quality management role in a major tech or media company, ads or content review experience is a plus;

  • Fluent Chinese & English in both written and spoken, other language is a plus;

  • Deep understanding of quality control whole lifecycle management;

  • Excellent facilitation skill to drive for alignment and agreement;

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently;

  • Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skill.
