My client is an Omnichannel advertising platform that is in growth mode. They own a variety of digital media tools and partner with brands, agencies, and publishers. Their tech helps clients to control their marketing investments.
As they own a number of tools, they’re looking for someone to manage the initial engagements with their new clients & partners. This includes implementations, training, account management and any other billable services.
This person will develop strong business partnerships with customers by being their key point of contact. You will be on-boarding clients and helping them to best utilize their product suite.
Partner with new clients to implement a successful implementation. This includes building a client on-boarding strategy.
Provide product training, presales & post sales and be there as an escalation point during on-boarding
Help the clients to best utilize the tools and to achieve their goals
Provide frequent updates to relevant stakeholders internally & externally
Keep up to date with any new internal product changes and education clients on any new best practices
Maintain a good knowledge of the digital media advertising industry & trends
Experience in client services, training, consulting within digital advertising.
Strong project management experience as well as the ability to multitask.
Experience in delivering in-house and remote training
Proven ability to meet and improve on service KPIs set by a client
Prior experience using digital advertising tools would be beneficial
Customer focused led and ready to deliver an exceptional client experience.
