Advertising Operations Manager


We have partnered with an awesome Asian start up technology company, led by inspirational international team. This company enables Commerce companies, online merchants and digital platforms to grow their business and revenues by creating performance campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.

This client has an exclusive partner who is a leader in the adventure fitness industry and manages all of their global Facebook and Google Adwords campaigns.

They are looking for someone who is an hands on Advertising Operations Manager who will work onsite at the client in New York and manage their Google Adwords and YouTube campaigns for the USA from start to finish, both branding and performance.

They are looking for a self-starter, someone who is accountable and needs little direction.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase the client’s brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via various paid search engine marketing platforms including but not limited to: Google AdWords (and potentially Bing, Yahoo Gemini, Apple Search, etc.)
Make recommendations to improve campaign performance, by looking at analytics and gaining a deeper understanding of the tech
Provide reporting, pacing & delivery insight - and present with confidence when required
Work very closely with the internal teams overseas
Continuously monitor, identify and improve all three components of the AdWords Quality Score: Ad Relevance, Expected CTR, and Landing Page Experience

Ideally, you will have:

4+ Years of Digital Ad Operations experience managing operational processes in online advertising industry for a publisher, advertiser or agency.
Experience in major ad serving platforms (DFP, AdX, SpotX), ad verification tools, tag management tools, debugging tools, mobile video and VAST tags
Deep understanding and proficient experience with all aspects of YouTube Advertising
Excellent problem solver
Pro-active and confident, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
