As an Advertising Operations Manager for this global digital media agency you will be responsible for internal ad operations and tech infrastructure. Working closely with various global stakeholders you will play a vital role in ensuring the perfect implementation of digital campaigns.
Our client is looking for an expert in ad serving systems who has a passion for new and emerging technologies. You will also have great relationship building skills so that you can work closely with internal teams across the agency in order to deliver exceptional media solutions.

Establish and deliver processes and best practices for consistency of trafficking and QA
Ensure integration of ad tech stack internally, connecting ad ops to reporting/BI systems
Support account teams and clients on their tracking set up to impact campaign optimization
Provide training, consultancy and QA
Interact with clients and discuss issues and/or campaign needs
Oversee trafficking, implementation, and maintenance of mobile and desktop campaigns
Manage high-performing team of trafficking resources
Build and maintain strong internal partnerships with internal teams
Work with external partners including ad servers, DMPs and vendors
Successful track record in ad operations for a media agency
Subject matter expert and passionate about all things operations and ad tech
Expertise across multiple ad servers, tag management systems, DMPs etc.
Successfully executed campaign launches
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Knowledge and enthusiasm for the digital / mobile space
Proven ability to work with and gain trust across different departments and levels
Remote management experience is ideal
Experience working with high-performance teams, agency leadership, and senior clients
