DACH Agency Partner (Sales)- Global AdTech Business:
Salary Range: €70,000-€95,000 + Commission (OTE between €140-160K)
I'm working with a leading business in Digital Advertising who are leading the way with innovative new products, built around Data, Contextual Advertising and Video Advertising. They're now looking for a new Agency Partner (sales) in DACH to help them build further on their new strategic approach to Marketing Agencies.
They have been present in digital advertising for 10+ years, with over 2500 global employees, are experienced working with over 20,000 Advertisers and a strong reputation across Digital for their product's efficacy.
They have great heritage working with Advertisers directly however they are now going through a period of transformation and have decided to partner with agencies with their new products which can add great value to marketers. They predict X3 growth in the next two years on this side of the business and are beginning to get good traction across EMEA.
They've accumulated first party data on online shopper behaviour and understand online shopper's identities and habits. They have this data for over 2.4 Billion users which is quite unbelievable. They can combine this with sophisticated AI to deliver complex targeting for brands advertising campaigns to deliver outstanding results. They would argue they have the best product in this space, which is hard to argue with on the face of it!
Any brand engaged in online commerce, will want access to this shopper data, especially as they can use this understanding of online shoppers to target consumers with contextually relevant video advertising across premium publisher environments. This can tangibly be linked to more sales and more revenue for their partners!
As Agency Partners, you'll be in responsible for securing agency business and driving revenue across the big 6 Agencies. Whilst focusing on driving revenue from an agency portfolio you must be expertly effective in navigating all aspects of the sales process; from identifying potential clients, to understanding media buying, navigating the client/agency stakeholder relationships, and ultimately closing business.
Ideally, you'll be someone who's experienced in building up deep relationships within Agencies (display, Audio/Visual and biddable teams etc...) by being proactive, creative solutions orientated, consultative and having the right network.
Strong relationships across Marketing Agencies in DACH (preferably in Dusseldorf).
Proven sales track record of developing business, driving revenue and ultimately hitting targets!
Expert knowledge of digital advertising and AdTech
Exceptional strategic mindset on how to navigate and develop business across and agency and working with their advertisers!
At least 4/5 years Digital Advertising Exp. and sales exp. (however they would look at someone ex-agency who is now in sales)
