Sales Director – AdTech


Salary - £70,000 + 50% bonus

Hybrid working – 2 to 3 days per week in their Holborn office

They’re looking to hire a Sales Director to join their UK sales team.You will support and grow their agency revenue in the UK.You will work in partnership with the Head of Sales to create and deliver an agency sales strategy.


The Role


·       Achieve personal sales target delivering revenue numbers across your agency patch

·       Identify and build relationships with key decision makers within agencies

·       Sell solutions that meet client and internal goals

·       Close and retain campaigns from your agencies whilst driving new business opportunities

·       Create, lead and implement your strategy across your agency patch

·       Manage upwards, keep stakeholders up to date

·       Own the relationships with all agency client partners, digital buyers, managers and comms directors




·       Experience selling programmatic / digital solutions to the agency landscape

·       Book of contacts across UK media agencies

·       Passionate about working within an ambitious start up

·       Experience in presenting about programmatic and social campaigns to agencies

·       Proven experience in delivering against revenue targets

·       Be familiar with the Ad Tech ecosystem

·       A passionate story teller
