Agency Sales Manager, Attention/Rich Media AdTech Platform:
Salary circa £60-80K + commission
The Opportunity:
- I’m recruiting for a really outstanding Online Advertising business who have a product which is built for a post-cookie world, relying on creativity and making ads interactive and fun to drive more engagement and making ads memorable. Some of the creative capabilities are unparalleled and I can share examples of their ads with interested candidates!
- They’re looking for an Agency Sales Manager/Director depending on experience level and salary expectations, to take over a warm patch & deliver results. You’ll be driving revenue growth, whilst continually building and maintaining relationships with key media agency partners.
- The company is doing incredibly well, they’re a successful bootstrapped scale up and have gotten far without any external funding, turning over millions of pounds of revenue, whilst staying lean and maintaining growth but a decent family culture. Great if you’re looking to be part of a team that get on and love doing great work!
Experience:
- You’ll have strong knowledge of Digital Media, Rich Media, AdTech ecosystem and ideally will have sold to agencies for a minimum of £3-5+ years.
- You should understand the competitive landscape be up to date with current trends.
- Able to meet targets, manage pipeline and use a CRM.
- Must be comfortable pitching & building relationships with key client stakeholders, being able to both educate them on a product and evangelise the benefits with the key outcome being unlocking spend with their advertisers.
- Existing black-book of relevant agency contacts ideal, or strong experience of how agencies works and how to partners with them effectively.
