Agency Sales Manager, AdTech Business:


Salary - £45-55K + 30K comms (paid quarterly)


The Opportunity:


A dreamy new role has come across my desk with a very smart AdTech connected TV & media business. They collect comprehensive accurate & reliable data on TV viewers habits, preferences and much more!


From Silicon Valley origins to scaling in EMEA, this business is on a real journey and are looking for driven and dynamic AdTech sellers to build further success!


Who are they?


  • They unlock the advertising potential of TV Audience Data, understanding what content people are consuming, when they are consuming it; where they're consuming it and tracking all of that information, they can then use this data to provide actionable insights for brands for their media activations across all channels.


  • They can target and serve ads to those audiences in real time to ensure brands are always targeting the right consumers with the relevant ads. Striking while the iron is hot!


  • Overall, they have a strong product and it is highly valued by brands. Connected TV is a strong growth area within media and this business are one of the best around within the space!


The Role:


  • Now's the time for this business to grow further currently looking for two mid-level AdTech Sales professionals (one to sell to GroupM agencies and the other to Publicis and /or Havas) and are willing to pay circa £50K + 40% comms as a package!


  • Ideally, they're looking for an experienced individuals with a stong understanding of the wider digital ecosystem and people who are able to have high level conversations with agencies around their brands' KPIs around media activation and measurement,.


  • This person will have hollistic conversations about how this product can answer several media problems if utilised in the right way and evangelise the solution, ultimately driving towards closing business and driving revenue.


  • The product is unique in the European market, with only one or two obvious players and even they can't match the media proposition...  They can sell a mixture of managed I/O and programmatic solutions.
