Agency Sales Manager - AdTech Scale Up:

Salary - circa £50-80K + commission (dependent on exp. level)

I'm working with an awesome company in the digital advertising technology space.

Who are they?

  • A business, with global reach, who are quickly expanding across Europe. They are offering a flexible and valuable solution to help digital advertisers hit their campaign goals!

  • They provide creative & premium ad formats which allows agencies & brands to be more creative with their advertising while targeting the right people across premium publisher audiences. They produce results too with strong case studies which have shown increased engagement, viewability and attention. This all leads to a higher yield and a higher CPM! They are true value for money!

  • One USP would be that you can serve ads across a number of webpages/publisher sites without changing the creative tags, as their format standardisation formula allows for multiple creatives to be slot into a number of advertising spots without the need to change the creative! This makes life a lot easier for advertisers and their agencies from an operational standpoint!

  • However, they do far more than that with their immense self serve targeting capabilities, being able to deliver fully programmatic campaigns and the fact that their high impact creative formats can be used in tandem with a number of other creative Ad Tech partners or Publishers to help add gloss to advertising campaigns and improve publishers' offerings!

Who are you?

  • You'll be a strong seller with experience in selling similar digital media products or Ad Tech solutions for a number of years.

  • You'll have an ability to cultivate lasting relationships with media planners and buyers, understanding their creative needs and client KPIs and be able to educate them around why they can't ignore this solutions.

  • You'll have an existing network across a number of agency contacts already, to ensure you can hit the ground running and start having conversations from day one!

  • A proven track record of hitting and working to targets, with a penchant for exceeding them and going above and beyond as a key revenue driver!

  • A positive can-do attitude towards sales and helping drive an already successful business to the next level!
