Sales Manager - AdTech Start Up:
Salary £40-60K + 50% commission

This company are a global leader in conversational Ad Technology - one that allows advertisers to provoke conversation, engagement and interaction within display ads, in an age where cookies are dying and there is a need to be more creative in how Advertisers connect with consumers by capturing people's imagination instead of invading their privacy.
They aren't like those awful chatbots you've likely met online... rather they are creative ads which allow you to converse with the subject/brand in a meaningful way or even just in a fun or playful way!
The company is the leader at what they do globally and are rapidly expanding now in 20 different markets across EMEA and globally. They work with most blue chip advertisers and have strong trading agreements with all the major Media Agencies.
Who are you?
A 3-5 years + media sales professional with a background in AdTech, Programmatic or Digital Advertising.
Strong network across digital marketing agencies, preferably Omnicom and Publicis Group (others are ok too) across planning & buying teams
Good sales track record and ability to prospect and develop relationships with clients while understanding their needs and KPI's
Motivation to work in a fast paced environment with a start-up culture and global footprint
Strong knowledge of digital display advertising ecosystem and programmatic
