Agency Sales Manager - AdTech Platform

Salary - circa £50K + 30K commission (some flexibility dependent on background)

I'm working on a truly awesome opportunity with a business who 'mean business' in the AdTech world. They're looking for a Sales Manager to work with their key agency partners on huge international advertising campaigns!


  • They are the dominant force in the Rich Media ecosystem within AdTech with a very sophisticated solution which is underpinned by Data, Creativity and strong understanding of Attention metrics! They are also focused on understanding the contextual environments where ads are served and have proprietary AI tech which helps them do so, with image and keyword analysis.

  • If you're working in AdTech and Sales then this is a role you should be super excited about as the product has a strong reputation in market, and through various mergers and acquisitions they are stronger than ever.

  • On top of that, this role is one of the best available for a seasoned seller as you'll be inheriting some massive accounts including one which alone billed £1.3M last year, amongst other large accounts with Agency Holding companies! Overall, you're inheriting clients that love working with this business and spend a lot with them, meaning commission & earning potential is very achievable!

  • Their top performer achieved well over 200% of target last year and the whole team have already hit their Q1 targets! They are pre-IPO but the prospects of that changing in the next two years are big, so now's the time to join the journey! You'll be working with prestigious accounts and currently they are blowing their competition out of the water!

Here's the overview of the role:

  • This role is an IC sales role responsible for prospecting & closing sales in their 'market leading' AdTech /Rich Media Platform.

  • You'll report into a Director of Sales and will be leading and developing key relationships and strategy with agencies / brands who are running international campaigns from the UK. A successful candidate will drive continued results and value for clients using a range of products / creative solutions available & you'll have great contacts across international planner & buyers in the UK.

  • You'll be a highly motivated seller who can work collaboratively internally teams and will be entirely dedicated to hitting targets and exceeding sales ambitions while growing their products within your Agency patch.

  • Ideally, you should have a min of 3+ year’s experience in International / Digital Sales or Media Agency side.

Must haves:

  • 3 years of solid selling international, cross-border digital advertising campaigns.

  • Strong selling experience and a penchant for hitting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience selling Managed I/O and Programmatic solutions (they do both).

  • Strong reputation across the industry with former clients and an amazing list of contacts.
