My client is a high growth video ad tech business with unique technology looking for a Sales Manager based in Munich. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic agency Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. Candidates must have an extensive understanding of online media, deep agency contacts and 3-5 years of successful media sales experience. The candidate must be results oriented and committed to achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of growing revenue from agency patch

• Individually drive new business across multiple advertisers.

• Sales related activity including presentations, RFP’s, client entertainment and more.

• Cultivate relationships with agency and client contacts to gain deep insight into their business and ultimately provide solutions for their marketing and advertising goals.

• Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients’ needs.

• Present and pitch suitable solutions from our portfolio to match the client and advertiser’s marketing needs and business goals

• Support Sales Leadership in developing, managing, and executing strategic sales opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling online advertising.

• History of exceeding sales targets

• Must have strong list of agency contacts at agencies

• Must possess superb written and verbal communication skills.

• Native German speaker and business standard English

• Must be a highly motivated team player.

• Must be a consultative seller

• PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce and Word skills a must
