Base - £60 - £70K + comms + stock
Please note - this is a12 month FTC with the possibility of the role going permanent after that period of time.
Our client is a leading social video content publisher and content creator of social first lifestyle content designed to appeal to the Gen Z and Millennial audiences across a number of verticals from entertainment, news, science, food, culture and more.
Due to excellent engagement with media agencies and clients, my client is looking to expand by hiring another Brand Partnerships Director who has a proactive hunter mentality and can think laterally and dazzle clients and agencies with great ideas. A core requirement of the role is that the successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Proven track record of delivering big-ticket branded content partnerships and / or selling social video
A proactive hunter mentality towards sourcing sales leads and engineering sales conversations with clients through compelling sales arguments and coming up with bright ideas they’ll want to buy
Demonstrable proof of hitting sales targets
A network of media agency contacts at Top 6 global networks plus client direct contacts is highly desirable
The ability to sell audiences via use of data and insight
Influence clients through best-in-class ideas
Proven history of revenue generation and beating set budgets
Some management experience - in terms of proof of mentoring execs in the team
