Biddable Account Director
A digital first independent agency are looking to add an ambitious Biddable Director to their growing team to lead the department! You will work on retained, ad-hoc and consulting projects whilst taking full ownership of the commercial success and growth of the team.
Hands on campaign management for key accounts.
Improvement of process and deliverables as well as best practice.
Management of two senior account executives.
Evaluating and introducing of new paid media channels to the agency’s offering.
Leading pitches for biddable campaigns.
Working with the creative team to brief and deliver ad creatives, landing pages and other assets.
Working with the SEO team to deliver integrated SEM campaigns across paid and organic search.
Own relationships with key channels and platforms.
Have prior experience working at a growing digital agency with small and large media budgets.
Be able to translate business objectives into marketing campaigns and biddable strategies.
Have in-depth understanding of the audience profiles, targeting options and ad formats offered by different channels.
Have hands on campaign management across paid search and display.
Have hands on campaign management across paid social – Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Any experience in Outbrain, Snapchat, Spotify and TikTok is strongly desirable.
B2C experience is essential, prior B2B experience is also preferred.
Have a solid understanding of all elements of the biddable campaign process.
