Maternity Leave Cover – 6 Month Contract with potential extension

The Role

This is a great opportunity for a contractor looking for a senior digital contract role come October. This role is hybrid; both account manager (client facing) and display trading desk + adops management.

The client is a boutique digital media consultancy with big clients across the spectrum media, education and music brands. They take their work seriously, but not themselves. They work hard, but also believe in real life work balance, typically starting the day at 9am and finishing at 5:30pm (yes, really).

They assist businesses with solving their business and marketing problems by developing strategies that deliver actual, measured and transparent results.

When buying media, they buy across all forms of digital media including search, programmatic and ad exchanges, social, outdoor, tv and more.

The core areas the role will follow are as follows

  • Account managing and maintain strong relationship with the client, regularly consulting with clients on their integrating marketing mix and providing guidance on how different strategies will impact on all digital channels.

  • Managing campaigns from brief to reporting across digital campaigns within display, search and social.

  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients and industry on best practice and assisting in new business pitches

  • From the Display Trading Desk - receiving and interrogating briefs from both clients and internally to ensure that best practices are implemented for all campaigns

  • Management of display activity using Double Click Campaign Manager and Bid Manager (direct and programmatic buys) from set up through to optimization and reporting.

  • Ad-ops & Trafficking across display campaigns including setup and management of tagging solutions across DCM, GTM, GA and other platforms.

  • Set up of reports using Datorama and delivery of reporting insights to clients.

Skills required

  • 3-4 years’ experience managing biddable display media campaigns

  • Proven track record for delivering campaigns across digital media

  • 1-2 years' client-facing experience

  • Experience across programmatic trading desks, ad-ops, paid search and SEO are all highly advantageous
