Brand Partnerships Manager / Director - Premium Ad Tech Business - £55 - £65K + commission

My client is a premium platform business blazing a trail with a compelling proposition clients and media agencies are finding very compelling. This role is a pivotal hire in terms of scaling the business across EMEA.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes and qualities:

  • A lateral thinker, highly creative and able to naturally influence clients and media agencies (Group M, Dentsu, Omnicom, Publicis, Havas, IPG, etc) into positive outcomes
  • Experience of working with clients direct, unafraid to cold call new clients and secure partnership revenue
  • Super well connected with contacts at Managing Partner, Comms Planning Directors, Trading Directors and Heads Of Digital as well as Partnerships teams across all UK agency networks
  • Clear and strategic understanding of the wider digital ecosystem, programmatic and display ecosystem having worked at a reputable publisher or ad tech business
  • Be a collaborator - comfortable operating in a cross-functional matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
  • Positive solution-driven can-do attitude to work with internal stakeholders to find positive outcomes for clients
  • Consultative sales style, able to influence clients and agencies through persuasive sales arguments using data, research and insight
  • Work with key stakeholders in the business advising on product roadmap based on cohesive revenue driven arguments and the needs of clients
  • Deliver revenue targets and surpass and smash set budgets with a view towards driving growth
