We are working with a Global Media Agency.
In this role, you will be a part of the Global Operations team work closely with the our internal teams to understand their clients data and reporting needs and taking the requirements to the delivery team. You will also work with external technology partners to source data from them and include in the INI Reporting solution. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable with numbers and is able to easily shift between a technical conversation and a client facing one. The appropriate candidate should be well-suited for a fast paced dynamic environment and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver as per the project deadline
Interact with business teams to solicit data requirements to be used in large scale data integration projects
Clean and harmonize the data as needed
Document detailed requirements to be shared with the technical team to develop pipelines to 3rd party platforms
Be the primary contact for business leads in understanding and interpreting the ingested data
Perform ongoing data QA to ensure accuracy of the data
Onboard teams to the process and conduct training as needed
Work with external data partners to understand their data transfer capabilities and source data along with the INI Reporting team
Continuously find ways to automate the process and create scalable efficiencies
Ensure the dashboard/report is updated with the most up to date information
Ensure standard of knowledge across all tools and platforms used is consistent across the teams

Experience and Qualifications
Requires BA/BS degree or technical institute training and 1 or more years; experience on one platform, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Multi database, multi-language or multi business application is preferred.
Experience working in an AWS environment
Familiarity with Python language to develop and maintain existing automated processes.
Must be able to collaborate across teams to produce strong insights to advance reporting and client deliveries.
Experience in effective dashboard designing with a focus on customizing to client needs.
Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Excel, Access preferred).
Must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently
Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills: welcome client’s business challenges and identify data driven solutions
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
