We're working with a social tech company who's partnering up with leading e-commerce businesses and apps, in growing their revenue and conversions for them and their merchants through optimizing their social media campaigns.

Their AI technology is built upon unique commerce data sets and their partnerships with both major commerce and social media platforms enable online sellers of all sizes to scale up their business.

As the Head of Client success, you will be accountable to oversee smooth client onboarding that will involve technical integration and API connections, and subsequently act as a consultant to the clients in order to ensure successful product trials and maintain client retention. You will be an essential "bridge" between stakeholders within internal teams and the clients. Your key goal is to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.


Due to the nature of the role, we're ideally looking for a candidate who's well versed in technical integrations and is comfortable working closely with engineers and system architects in coming up with solutions within commerce and SaaS.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect accounts focusing on products and services

  • ​Identify and develop new accounts as well as follow up on existing leads

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key target accounts

  • Manage assigned accounts to generate both incremental and repeatable annual business

  • Initiate and manage RFI and RFP process and negotiate terms for all account programs and projects

  • Collaborate with Executives and SMEs to maximize account coverage

  • Manage the local customer-facing teams, providing sales and product knowledge as well as overall direction

  • Engage with customers to support further product development, customer success and BD activities
