My client is a cutting-edge fashion and lifestyle publishing brand for Gen Z and Millennial Women with interests in fashion, design, music, pop culture and art. The editorial content is international in nature and the audience has a high disposable form of income. My client has a string of media coverage, awards and plaudits around the innovative content they publish.
Due to expansion, my client seeks a hunter sales proactive Fashion Business Development Manager who has a passion for fashion and interested in art, music and culture.
The role requires a deeply proactive sales approach to seek out the best route of success – hunting down briefs from agencies, clients, PR agencies and creative agencies.
The successful candidate will also be highly aware of all of the various social media touch points, have a creative flair in terms of selling brand partnerships – the role is extremely fluid as you will be selling everything from branded content, sponsorship, social video, brand collaborations and experiential and much more.
Our client is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Advertising Sales professional who will bring a black book of contacts and an enthusiasm to grow their commercial business from the ground up as well as be provided with some warm accounts. You will flourish in an entrepreneurial and self-starting environment, working in a highly collaborative, fast moving team. We are looking for an individual who hopes to build on their experience with direct clients, who has a proven track record within a sales environment and who will embrace the opportunity to develop a brand from launch.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be working closely with the commercial, creative and editorial team to build close and enduring relationships direct with our advertising brand partners at clients and media agencies. You will have a thorough knowledge of digital advertising and be well versed in the language of women’s lifestyle, fashion and luxury.
You will be charged with delivering advertising revenue across display, branded content, social video, experiential and special projects working to deliver best-in-class partnerships and defining our client’s brand difference for our partners.
The role reports into the Group Sales Ad Manager.
