An extremely rare opportunity to work at a boutique independent agency who have just won a huge piece of business from a large network agency and is looking to hire their next greatest Business Director to lead the account.

This is an agency who pride themselves on do things differently to the huge network agencies, and as such have attracted the clients who are willing to let them take the reigns and lead them headfirst into 2020. Built upon by legendary people in the media world, this agency is in immediate need for a candidate who are looking for an alternative approach to big agency life.

With a flat hierarchy structure and a close family feel this is a workplace where you can truly make an impact on the client that you will lead. This role will require an incredible client facing skillset so you must be well equipped in conversing and presenting to very senior client stakeholders on a regular basis.

You're not going to have a team underneath you, so you will be leading all the planning and buying of all projects and need to be collaborative as you'll work hand in hand with a number of partners, ranging from media owners all the way through to creative agencies, and everything in between (obviously including clients).
