This role is pure example of this, having won both the media & creative business, they have been able to be move quicker on responses, strategies & idea's, yet improving the quality of work and its effectiveness. This Client Partner role is fundamental to the success of this client, leading and overseeing the whole business from a media planning standpoint.
There is an opportunity to manage a direct team of 3 comms & media planning experts, but oversee the wider team of over 10, specialising in implementation across both traditional and digital. However, this isn't just a "media planning" role, at this level, you'll be expected to lead the direction of the business, understanding the challenges they face & helping them navigate through the complex world of media.
They have a lot of data, and by a lot, I mean a huge amount. The client really needs some help, direction and fundamentally someone who understands how the translate that into insights. We're not looking for a Data Analyst, but someone who is proficient enough in driving success through data.
Last but by no means least, there is a runway for the next step within this role and probably a runway a lot shorter than most other "network" agencies. Not because someone is leaving, but because of the ambition and drive of the agency.
