The Role

The Chief Growth Officer will harness resources and intelligence to deliver organic growth for the network's global clients and to maximise the conversion rate of new business pitch opportunities. This is true for opportunities where the network has no existing relationship, as well as for developing the geographic footprint of multi-local clients. Due to the competitive nature of our business, the Chief Growth Officer will be required to innovate on new business strategy and pitching with our Asia Pacific new business leadership community (across local markets).

At its core, the purpose of the role is to:

  • Develop New Business across our major Asia Pacific markets

  • Design and drive our New Business strategy

  • Lead/Maintain a strong New Business community across major markets

  • Lead and inspire the New Business team to deliver innovative, ambitious new business solutions and targets

  • Be an ambassador for the business, connecting across internal and external networks to help deliver results and build the brand reputation

Experience and Qualifications

Essential Skills :

  • 10 years’ experience in new business (APAC multi-market experience is preferred)

  • Strong commercial edge

  • Experience in a similar capacity in a broad range of global MNCs, working with multiple markets and cultures

  • Excellent project management skills, capable of helping to run large-scale pitches

  • Razor-sharp attention to detail

  • Ability to develop strategic plans/ideas

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • An understanding of creative and media, and ‘packaging’ of ideas/presentations.

  • Well-organised

  • Thrives under pressure and excels in meeting strict deadlines

  • Diplomatic, able to develop strong relationships with key network stakeholders at all levels within the business

  • Ambitious self-starter, able to spot ideas and inspiration

  • Multiple language skills desirable, but not essential

  • Flexibility to travel at short notice if required
