As an Account Director you will be managing the workflow and communication as well as onboarding new real time bidding and tag based demand clients (DSP’s and Ad Networks). You will responsible for ensuring the customers’ success with the products and contributing to their long term loyalty. You will also be responsible for driving revenue by identifying client growth opportunities, educating and implementing on new product offerings as well as monitoring KPI’s to ensure strong relationships.

 For this role we are looking for the following

  • Experience working with Ad Exchanges DSPs/SSP/s, Ad Networks, digital agencies or ad servers at VP LEVEL.

  • An understanding of programmatic buying techniques and real time bidding

  • Experience building strong relationships, a problem solver and building lasting inter-company relationships

  • Experience in growing a book of business and hitting/surpassing goals

  • Excellent teamwork and communications skills – both inside and outside the company

  • Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines with great attention to detail
