As the Client Manager, your key responsibility will be to look after client relationships and successfully deliver clients' projects.
Day to day will include:
Strict project and timeline management, as well as client and account management
Sourcing and engagement of influencers for campaigns, according to each specific brief
Being the gatekeeper of all content we create, ensuring it’s on brief and of a high quality
Preparation of campaign performance reports and case studies
Financial accountability for each project
Proactively seek ways to improve the client relationship and deepen our partnerships
Putting proposals together for potential new business alongside the commercial team
Inputting industry insights and learnings from similar clients
In order to succeed, you must:
Appreciate and understand the value of great creativity; bonus points for a demonstrable creative/visual eye.
Have a strong understanding of the digital / social media ecosystem
Have an ability to work independently, be pro-active, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Have no less than 4 years of client facing experience; bonus points for project management experience
Be proficient in Google Apps, Excel and Powerpoint / Keynote
