My client is a leading social mobile platform that's gaining a major following worldwide! They are aggressively building out their commercial team out here in SEA, and with their Singapore hub fleshed out, they're now laser focused on the SEA markets.
This role will be looking after and leading all commercial activities to do with clients within their agency portfolio in Thailand, based out of Bangkok. Due to government restrictions, they're only able to consider Thai candidates at this point.
Responsibilities
Define and own account plans to unlock investments and drive client’s business key performance metrics
Partner with teammates and cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing account plans, synthesizing market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall business approach to Tiktok’s success with digitally focused businesses
Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence executive and day-to-day contacts to execute against account plan
Develop performance marketing approaches for client to leverage the ad solutions, creative approaches, and ad tech infrastructure
Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas to help clients measure impact of marketing and adopt measurement solutions
Frame client opportunities and challenges to enroll cross-functional support
Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies
Exceed sales goals for yourself and your team
Partner with product teams and all cross-functional teams to act as point of contact and deliver collected and consolidated information that prioritizes customer requests
Hone in on relevant trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes that alter product vision/road map
Requirements
BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
More than seven to ten years of experiences in ad sales marketing and development, or a sales-related support function
Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai, Chinese as a plus
Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
