Looking for a highly organised, driven and process orientated Client Services Director who is able to drive value and create customer satisfaction for advertisers. You will be working for a respected fast-paced media company with an international footprint that has sites and properties throughout the world. My client’s publishing brand is a household name.
This is a senior position and the successful candidate will work closely with several peers in the group including the Ad Operations Director and Commercial Director to drive an effective operational service culture to drive customer satisfaction and client retention.
Applicants should be highly technical and have an excellent understanding of ad operations. ad tags. technical processes, ad serving and third-party ad-tech, video vendors, measurement products, as well as digital advertising and marketing industry trends and regulations around viewability and ad verification.
As well as ensuring the correct processes and efficiencies are set up, the incumbent should also drive the implementation of multi-site ad tagging, running third part accounts in terms of contract conversations and operational excellence with the likes of GAM, DMP vendors, various ad-tech vendors, third party video ad products, header bidder technology, etc.
The Client Services Director will be at the heart of all delivery with regards to the advertising, programmatic and display revenue infrastructure which is a multi-million revenue line for our client.
