With a growing team in place, they now welcome a dedicated Client Services Executive to be the main acting point-of-contact and accountable for all aspects of delivery to the clients across South-East Asia market.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for pre-campaign management and implementation of the product suite

  • Campaign activation, insight planning and troubleshooting platform and products are key aspects of your scope

  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, trading, analytics, marketing and product teams across SEA

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in an account management, ad operations, client services or sales support role

  • Experience within the digital advertising or media agency

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
