With a growing team in place, they now welcome a dedicated Client Services Executive to be the main acting point-of-contact and accountable for all aspects of delivery to the clients across South-East Asia market.
You will be responsible for pre-campaign management and implementation of the product suite
Campaign activation, insight planning and troubleshooting platform and products are key aspects of your scope
Work closely with other departments such as sales, trading, analytics, marketing and product teams across SEA
Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in an account management, ad operations, client services or sales support role
Experience within the digital advertising or media agency
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
