​A European based FinTech start-up backed with sophisticated technology that taps into FX liquidity are looking to expand their team. Their solution software offerings span across mobile and desktop to allow their clients to make efficient trades and the ability to take decisions quickly.

As a Client Services Manager for the JAPAC region, you are both technically savvy and customer oriented. Being the key person between clients and the internal teams, you are able to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience, ensuring internal teams such as developers and integration teams are receiving appropriate feedback.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client services and support role in eFX or has a strong understanding of the FX space

  • Must possess technical knowledge in

  • Prior experience facilitating troubleshooting of support issues

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills
