Our client is the top player in the Data Management Platform (DMP) market with a background steeped in data collection, targeting, and advertising related technologies.
You will be responsible for all aspects of managing a book of business of clients, ensuring client adoption, engagement, usage and growth. You will work directly with some of the top-tier marketers, agencies and publishers to deliver best-in-breed client service.
Create and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of a client’s organisation;
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals;
Maintain active dialogue with client contacts through weekly meetings;
Analyse and address inbound client requests to ensure customer satisfaction, engagement and product usage;
Communicate client feedback and product requests to internal teams;
Upsell premium services and achieve 100% renewal rate.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3+ years of client-facing experience;
1 or more years in an AdTech/MarTech business preferred;
Experience delivering and optimising online advertising campaigns preferred;
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously;
Strong interpersonal skills and team-first attitude;
Effective decision-making/problem-solving skills;
Strong knowledge of ad technology, online advertising and digital ecosystem.
