Their AI technology is built upon unique commerce data sets and their partnerships with both major commerce and social media platforms enable online sellers of all sizes to scale up their business.

As the Client Success Manager, you will own the full client on-boarding and integration process including technical integration/API connections, give consultative advice, drive successful product trials and drive customer engagement and retention. You will play a critical role as crucial link between stakeholders both at the clients’ side and internal teams. You will build and maintain strong relationships that are key to helping clients’ progress on their onboarding and integration journey.

Due to the nature of the role, we're ideally looking for a candidate who's well versed in technical integrations, business development, Commerce and SaaS with a proven track record of discovering optimal,extensible solutions in partnership with engineers and systems architects. This person will work cross-functionally with all internal stakeholders (i.e Engineering, Design, Product Management, Sales and Marketing) to ensure timely integration of a high impact product.
