Commercial Director - Influencer Marketing Platform

Salary - £85-100K + comms

Uber lucrative role available in Influencer Marketing.

This is a perfect role for candidates with several years of senior level commercial experience, within digital media, who are looking to dive into one of the fast emerging industries in the sector.

Influencer Marketing is not only disrupting digital media with new possibilities and a more 'human led' approach to reaching a relevant audience, but it is quickly also becoming a billlion dollar industry.

My client are one of the first companies to pop up in the space and are among the market leaders, within this booming industry. Therefore, they have faced the evolving market pressures and have constantly adjusted to always be one step ahead of the curve.

Their tech platform has many innovations, which allow brands to identify the most relevant and most effective influencers for a brand campaign, allowing them to filter out the irrelevant influencers (with limited positive or irrelevant engagement) identifying the influencers that will work for brands based on complex forecasting of audiences and deeper insights into engagement metrics etc...

They're looking for a Commercial Director to lead a growing team which plans to add up to 6 more on their headcount by the end of the year and lead an already high performing team to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all commercial operations and evangelise the platform to senior stakeholders in agencies and brands.
  • Mentor the sales team and lead on all sales strategy, including setting targets for the team and analysing and identifiying areas for improvement and look for opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Operate at a senior level and build partnerships with brands and agencies with long term business goals in mind, prioritising strategic partneships/relationships.
  • Build the team up and ensure all sellers are motivated and are able to progress with the business during a critical phase of growth.

The business is looking to expand internationally and whoever embraces this role will quickly make themselves a senior stakeholder and invaluable to a fast growing business.
