Commercial Director/VP Sales - DACH - Leading Influencer Marketing Platform/Agency

Salary circa €75,000-€100,000 + commission/bonus (salary is flexible dependent on experience)

  • A leading Influencer Marketing businesses in the UK is now looking to continue their extraordinary growth journey across EMEA. They are now expanding to the DACH region as well as across France and Spain.

  • They are pioneers & thought leaders in the influencer marketing world and have identified one of the most powerful influencer solutions for brands, combining both cutting edge tech and the full 'agency' style service to help amplify creativity and consult on a high level on how brands/agencies can best optimise their influencer campaigns.

  • They only activate campaigns with the most relevant creators for brand's specific objectives, and then can scale it up to great affect, providing excellent return of investment and momentum behind their creative first-in-class campaigns. Driving long term partnerships with influencers and the brands they work best for.

  • They also have highly entrepreneurial founders. One of whom is a globally famous influencer themselves and they can view the industry from the perspective of brands & creators better than most.

  • On top of this, at board level, they have some pioneers of digital, and highly experienced individuals in the social media world coming from highly impressive backgrounds.

The role:

They're really going through a really exciting phase of growth, are highly ambitious and are now looking for someone to lead their DACH growth, with opportunities to lead their office expansion, starting as an individual contributor. They have recieved funding recently to ensure this continued growth trajectory.

The role is initially remote and flexible. Salary is competitive and depends on your level of experience and client network/sales track record.

They're role is for a Commercial Director to lead DACH Sales with a view to long-term building the business and team in the region, they are looking for highly entrueprenurial talent with a strong interest in the Influencer space and a network of brands and agencies to pitch their best-in-class solution to. They are also looking for proven revenue generators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all commercial operations and evangelise the platform to senior stakeholders in agencies and brands.
  • Lead on all DACH sales strategy, collaborating with the UK team to ensure clarity in global go to market approach.
  • Operate at a senior level and build partnerships with brands and agencies with long term business goals in mind, prioritising strategic partneships/relationships.
  • Will operate as an Individual contributor to drive growth in the DACH region initially, ensuring delivery of revenue growth and driving interest in the product.
  • Longer term opportunity to build the team up and the german arm of the business.

They are looking to expand internationally and across EMEA and whoever embraces this role will quickly make themselves a senior stakeholder and invaluable to a fast growing business. You will be able to work remotely and there is great flexibility in this role.
