We're looking for either a current commercial or client services leader working within a digital, performance or marketing agency to lead the sales operation for this hyper-growth agency based in the UK.
To paint the picture, the founder is a well-known thought-leader in SEO, Paid Media & other digital services, who has following all around the globe. He reversed engineered this into creating an agency that can provide the high-quality service & advice he is known for.
Growth has been significant including many accolades from Adweek & The Drum, featuring very high on the "fastest growing" lists in many categories. For context, the agency originated out of the US and now has over 400 digital specialists providing SEO, PPC, Social, Programmatic etc. services to an array of companies.
Expansion is continuing and due to the high volume of inbound leads they are looking to bring on a VP Sales/Sales Director to qualify, lead and pitch to these new business prospects.
There will be no outbound sellingas this agency are inundated daily and the great thing about that is, you will get to speak to an eclectic mix of brands, of all shapes & sizes.
So, what we need is a:
Understanding of performance marketing inc. PPC, SEO & Social.
And someone who has worked within this industry before. However, you don't have to come from a sales background, you can come from Client Services and try your hand at something new!
